Stateroom Categories: Group Rates for Dulcimer Adventures


Pricing is per person, based on double occupancy and includes government taxes and fees

    • Inside Stateroom ranges from approximately $1,159.00 to $1,224.00.

    • Oceanview Stateroom ranges from approximately $1,654.00 to $1,684.00.

    • Balcony Stateroom ranges from approximately $2,414.00 to $2,534.00.

Note: Stateroom location on the ship is a determining factor in the price for each of the category types.

Tuition Fee for Workshop Participants

There is a tuition fee of $399 for all players taking classes. Tuition fee is paid separately from the cost of the cruise.

Registration

Signing-up for the cruise involves two parts. YOU MUST DO BOTH. All participants are required to register with Dulcimer Adventures and contact With Heart Travel to make reservation for their stateroom.

Step 1 of 2 - DO THIS FIRST: Registration with Dulcimer Adventures

  1. Scroll down to register as Player, or Companion no later than January 15, 2026.

  2. Pay non-refundable Registration Fee $100 for each Player, and pay non-refundable Registration Fee $100 for each Companion.

  3. Pay tuition fee $399 per player due by January 15, 2026; non-refundable after June 1, 2026.

Step 2 of 2 - DO THIS SECOND: Booking of Stateroom at Holland America Koningsdam

  1. Use the link https://app.tern.travel/trips/mkvQLbfxYMAp03n2rfZk4g/landing_page to contact Melinda Alcosser, With Heart Travel, to set up appointment for reservation of stateroom.

  2. Complete your stateroom reservation no later than January 15, 2026.

  3. A non-refundable stateroom deposit of $350.00 per guest is required at the time of booking through Melinda.

  4. Final payment of stateroom is due on March 2, 2026.

  5. Due to the popularity of the cruise, staterooms are subject to availability after January 15, 2026.
