Stateroom Categories: Group Rates for Dulcimer Adventures


Pricing is per person, based on double occupancy and includes government taxes and fees

    • Inside Stateroom ranges from approximately $1,159.00 to $1,224.00.

    • Oceanview Stateroom ranges from approximately $1,654.00 to $1,684.00.

    • Balcony Stateroom ranges from approximately $2,414.00 to $2,534.00.

Note: Stateroom location on the ship is a determining factor in the price for each of the category types.

Fees for Dulcimer Adventures participants

There is a registration fee of $100 for everyone joining our cruise and an additional tuition fee of $399 for all players taking classes. Tuition fee is paid separately from the cost of the cruise.

Registration and Payment

You must complete both steps to secure your spot.
All participants are required to register with Dulcimer Adventures and book a stateroom through With Heart Travel.

Step 1 of 2 (Do This First) — Register with Dulcimer Adventures

Please register below no later than January 15, 2026.
When you click Register, a short form will appear asking for a few details — including whether you are registering as a Player or a Companion.

  • Companions pay only the $100 registration fee.

  • Players pay both the $100 registration fee and the $399 tuition fee, which are paid separately below.

Registration for All Participants and Registration Fee

  1. Adjust the number of participants in the Register window below. You can register up to six people at a time. If you want to register more people, simply go through the process again by clicking the register button again.

  2. Click Register.

  3. A pop-up registration form will appear.

  4. Fill out all required information, including whether you are joining as a Player (taking classes) or a Companion (not taking classes).

    • You may register for only yourself or you may register for yourself and up to five other Participants.

  5. When done filling in the information for each participant, Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up form, click Add to Cart.

    • The pop-up window will close, returning you to the pricing/registration page.

  6. A shopping cart icon will appear on the page.

    • Click it and confirm your total is correct.

  7. Enter your payment information and complete your purchase.

  8. ✅ You’re registered!

Tuition Fee for Players

$399 per Player

  • Due by January 15, 2026 for guaranteed rate and cabin availability.
    You may register after this date, but rates and availability are not guaranteed.

  • Non-refundable after June 1, 2026.

To Complete Tuition Payment:

  1. Adjust the number of Players in the Player window below. This is not applicable to Companions.

  2. Click Add to Cart.

  3. A shopping cart will appear on the page.

    • Click it, enter your payment information, and check out.

  4. ✅ You’re ready to learn some great dulcimer skills!

After completing payment, please proceed to Step 2 below.

Deadlines & Payments:

  • Reservation Deadline for locked in rate: January 15, 2026

  • Deposit: $350 per guest paid to With Heart Travel for securing a stateroom (non-refundable, due at booking)

  • Final Payment Due: March 2, 2026

  • Note: Staterooms are subject to availability after January 15, 2026.
