Tuition cancellation requests received at dulcimeradventuresinfo@gmail.com by June 1, 2027, 11:59 p.m. Eastern receive a refund less an 8% processing deduction. Tuition is nonrefundable from June 2 onward. The $100 registration is nonrefundable if you cancel. One free festival transfer may be requested by July 1, subject to written approval and Melinda confirming the replacement’s cruise booking. If Dulcimer Adventures cancels the festival, all festival fees paid to us are refunded. Cruise and travel cancellation rules are separate.
